Payments & Billing

Subscription fees are billed monthly

Payments are non-refundable once charged

Failed payments may result in service suspension

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use FixerCRM for illegal activities

Send spam or unsolicited messages

Upload harmful or misleading content

Violate SMS or calling laws (TCPA, A2P, etc.)

You are responsible for customer consent.

Messaging & Calling Compliance

You acknowledge:

You are responsible for obtaining customer opt-in

FixerCRM is not liable for misuse of SMS or AI calling

STOP and opt-out requests must be honored

Account Suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

Terms are violated

Abuse or spam is detected

Payment issues persist

Intellectual Property

All FixerCRM software, branding, and content belong to FixerCRM.
You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the platform.

Your customer data remains yours.

Limitation of Liability

FixerCRM is not responsible for:

Lost leads or revenue

Service interruptions

Customer disputes

Third-party platform issues

Services are provided “as is.”

Termination

You may cancel your account at any time.
Upon termination, access to services will end.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
